Breathwork, Coaching, and OCD Support for Lasting Change
Helping you move through anxiety and overwhelm to build real connection with yourself and the people in your life.
breathwork
Breathwork is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and regulate your nervous system in a supportive and intentional way. Through guided practice, you’re invited to release stress, reduce mental overwhelm, and feel more grounded and present in your body.
Breathwork is not about escaping discomfort. It is about building your capacity to stay present with yourself and your emotions in a safe and supported way.
Single and group sessions available.
life coaching
Life coaching helps you understand your patterns, build self-trust, and take meaningful action in your life. This work supports you in moving through overwhelm, indecision, and self-doubt so you can show up more clearly and consistently in your relationships, work, and personal goals.
Rather than focusing only on insight, coaching emphasizes practical change—helping you notice what keeps you stuck and build new ways of responding that align with who you want to be.
ocd support
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Coaching offers supportive coaching for people navigating OCD and intrusive thinking patterns. The goal is not to eliminate discomfort, but to help you build the capacity to stay present with it without defaulting to compulsions or avoidance.
This is a coaching space, not therapy. Clients are required to be working with a licensed therapist for OCD treatment alongside this support.
hi, i’m caitlin.
I am a mom of 2, the creator of Sacred Breath Breathwork, and a coach supporting individuals through life challenges & OCD.
Since 2019, I’ve facilitated breathwork and coaching sessions for thousands of people across retreats, treatment centers, schools, workshops, and online spaces. Alongside breathwork, I support clients navigating OCD, anxiety, and life challenges through practical, grounded coaching focused on nervous system regulation, behavioral change, and self-trust.
My work integrates breath and coaching to help people move out of chronic overwhelm and compulsive patterns and into greater presence, steadiness, and capacity in their daily lives.
In every session, my focus is helping your system feel safer and more regulated so real change becomes possible—not through forcing or fixing, but through building your ability to meet yourself and your life differently over time.

ocd testimonials
“Working with Caitlin has completely changed my relationship with my OCD. Before, I felt trapped in cycles of intrusive thoughts and constant reassurance-seeking. Caitlin helped me slow everything down and actually see what was happening in real time without judgment. For the first time, I’ve been able to sit with discomfort instead of immediately reacting to it or trying to make it go away with compulsions. I still have OCD thoughts, but they no longer run my life. I feel more grounded, more aware, and more in control of how I respond. This work has been life-changing in a very real, practical way.”
-Sarah M., Los Angeles
“Caitlin creates a space where I feel completely safe being honest about the darkest, most irrational thoughts I have without fear of being judged or ‘fixed.’ She helped me understand my OCD patterns in a way that finally made sense, and gave me tools to interrupt compulsions without adding more fear or shame. What stood out most is how she helped me build tolerance for uncertainty instead of trying to eliminate it. I’ve become more steady in moments that used to completely spiral me. This work has given me freedom I didn’t think was possible.”
-Jessica L., Los Angeles
“I came into this work feeling exhausted by my mind. Constantly analyzing, checking, and trying to get certainty that never came. Caitlin helped me recognize these patterns in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming or clinical, but grounded and human. She guided me through learning how to pause before reacting, and how to stay present even when my anxiety spikes. Over time, I’ve noticed I’m not engaging in compulsions the way I used to, and I feel a new sense of trust in myself building. This has been one of the most impactful supports in my OCD recovery process.”
